Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a serious mental health condition that can affect individuals who have experienced traumatic events. Among military veterans, the prevalence of PTSD is notably high due to the nature of their service and exposure to combat situations. Symptoms of PTSD can include flashbacks, nightmares, hypervigilance, and avoidance of triggers related to the traumatic event.
