Our Commitment
Combat To Creative is committed to fostering an inclusive environment where diversity is welcomed, and equality is promoted. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, volunteers, participants, partners, and contractors of Combat To Creative. It encompasses all organizational activities, programs, events, and digital platforms managed by Combat To Creative.
Policy Statement
Combat To Creative prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristics. This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation, and training.
We are dedicated to creating an environment that supports the mental and physical well-being of Minnesota veterans through creativity, ensuring equal access to all our programs and services. Enforcement
All members of the Combat To Creative community are expected to uphold the principles of this non-discrimination policy. Allegations of discrimination will be promptly investigated in a confidential manner. Appropriate corrective action will be taken against individuals found to have violated this policy, up to and including termination of employment or volunteer status.
Responsibility
Leadership and management at all levels are responsible for enforcing this policy. They must ensure that their decisions and actions comply with the spirit and letter of this policy. Every member of the Combat To Creative community is expected to foster an environment where equality and respect are paramount.
Complaint Procedure
Any individual who believes they have been subjected to discrimination is encouraged to report the incident to Combat To Creative's designated official. Complaints will be treated with the utmost seriousness and confidentiality, with a thorough investigation following each report. Retaliation against individuals who lodge complaints or participate in investigations is strictly prohibited.
Review and Updates
This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and to reflect the evolving needs of our community.
